We are back from our three week vacation! I will skip ahead to the cruise that Matt and I went on for the last five days of our vacation (I haven't been able to get the pictures off the camera from before the cruise).
We left from San Diego and stopped in Ensenada, Mexico for the first day. We went horse back riding on the beach which was the first time for me without someone holding the reigns. So much fun! I was a little worried about my horse because she didn't seem to want to go and she did and went where ever she wanted. I couldn't get her go faster...right...or left...I could only get her to stop if I wanted...and that was it. On the way back to where we started from she started running and was in the lead of everyone. I was a little nervous so I made her stop a few times. She was also whinnying A LOT. Finally we were about a football field length away and I see her baby come charging down to us... Finally I understood what all the running was for and why she didn't want to take me for a ride. Her cute baby came right up to her and ran around her a few times kicking it's back legs up and then started to feed from her mother. It was so cute! Of course, I forgot to get a picture of Mommy and Baby.
After Ensenada we were at sea for a whole day...we had one formal dinner night.
Then Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It is so beautiful there! This is one of the stops our cruise had on our honeymoon. It was awesome to go to Lover's Beach again and remember some good ol' memories. Here we are in the Gulf of California looking through a rock at the Pacific Ocean.
The Cruise was the best Valentine's Day/Birthday/Mother's Day present EVER! The kids stayed with Gram and Grandad with help from Ally and Amy, and I hear they were little angels. Beau and Teagan continually talked about "Mommy...big boat." And Gavin informed Gram and Grandad that he would be calling them "Mom" and "Dad" while we were gone. Thank you so much for watching our kids!!!
